Job Description :	- Verify the price and availability after obtaining a purchase order from customer - Issue, compile and verify an order confirmation to customer and store - Submit a purchase order to Japan headquarter and input data and input of purchase into the sharing document - Keep track of any pending orders and sales forcast - Prepare, compile, verify and send out export documentation sets including, invoices and other appropriate documents as require - Suitably plan a shipping schedule and make a shipment reservation with agents - Able to build trust and communicate effectively in English with customer, agents, forwarder and co-worker abroad - offer any suggestions and solution to enhance the customer experience when dealing with an unexpected or urgent situation - Assist in smooth negotiations and timely payment
