Job Description :	1. Manage, advise and follow up the member for Design. 2. Review the design, design change, implementation for protect problem. 3. Study and propose design idea, material specitication for RFQ and before RFQ stage. 4. Investigate cometirive products for the future propose. 5. Consider study and propose VA/VE idea to customer. 6. Get customer information from customer (exsample next model). 7. Manage, advise and follow up the member for material and product development schedule of development according to customer schedule and requirement. 8. Consider and study the development idea and VA/VE idea according to mardet requirement. 9. Propose the development idea and get information for bussiness from supplier and customer. 10. Investigate cometirive material for the future development.
Salary Range :	40,000-60,000
