| Job Description : |
1. Improve measurement methods to achieve accuracy and reduce inspection time.
2.Co-check how to measure work pieces with suppliers / customers together with QA.
3. Prepare and improve the CF jig to increase the efficiency of inspecting the workpiece
4. Prepare a measurement system analysis plan (MSA Plan).
5. Prepare measurement system analysis (MSA)
6.Summary of weekly follow-up results
7. Check CF Jig ,Part Master according to Verify plan
8. Support measurement work Full Layout / Special Request
9. Participate in supporting the IATF 16949 Audit.
10. Participate in supporting ISO 14001 Audit
11. Participate in activities 6 S.
12. Perform a risk/opportunity analysis of the process (Turtle Chart) accurately and
completely. |
