Job Description :	Routine Job Uriage Jisseki • Prepare Uriage Jisseki as Middle and End of Each Month • Separate Uriage Jisseki for each Customer Business Type • Summary report for Uriage Jisse since 2012 – 2019 • Prepare Sales Result Report for each division in every month Territory Commission • Send list of Territory Commission to each Maruka Branch in every month • Receive data of Territory Commission from other Maruka Brach and input in Uriage Jisseki Sales Commission • Calculate Sales Commission for Sales Staff every month • Calculate extra commission for sales staff Personnel Job • Recruiting and interview for new staff • Training about company policy and welfare to new staff • Prepare for all company announcement, commitment, policy and regulation • Prepare warning letter for staffs • Prepare Company Calendar • Prepare for company organization • Prepare summary of absent application for all staffs • Monitor and print out time in & out from Face Scan system both TB and TP • Check Application Form of Directly go home & customer and Work in holiday Administration Job • Arrange for Company Trip and New Year Party • Take care of mobile phone for Japanese Manager • Contact and select roaming package for Japanese during Business Trip • General Purchase for special occasion such as PC, Uniform, Gift, New Year Basket, Flower and etc.) • Re-new Anti-Virus for all staffs Export License (E/L) • Prepare E/L document for new purchase of E/L Regulated Machine
Salary Range :	23,000-45,000
