| Job Description : |
- Establish work procedures and documentation for recording machine
maintenance results
- Develop a machine maintenance plan.
- Supervise and monitor machine maintenance performed by subordinates
according to the maintenance plan.
- Verify machine maintenance records according to the maintenance plan.
- Prepare spare parts for planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Implement and control machine maintenance that does not comply with the plan.
- Maintain machine history records.
- Develop a calibration plan for production measuring instruments in accordance
with the Control Plan.
- Perform calibrations according to the measuring instrument calibration plan.
- Implement and control corrections/improvements to the maintenance plan and
requested by the relevant department.
- Strictly follow the instructions of superiors. |
