| Job Description : |
- Summary of the case and submit a report on customer complaints
- Searching for cause Quality Solutions
- Supports customer audit in process and product areas.
- Follow - up and Summary supplier update report.
- Prepare product co-check (new supplier and change request.)
- Prepare for approval. PPAP for new suppliers (Both new and changed cases and cases.)
- Follow - up raw material inspection. And finished products for new products at the start of production
- Follow-up of checking materials ( finished products for current products.)
- Have a knowlegde and understanding products, such as Work on standardized, test
methods.
- Develop monitoring methods. To better and save time
- Prepare inspection standard for customer approval.
- Training methods for QC members.
- Select and purchase measuring instruments for raw material and finished goods.
- Training for members according to the annual plan. |
