Job Description :	◆QA/QC Assistant Manager - Assist the QA/QC Manager in operating the quality management system and planning activities to achieve KPIs. - Monitor inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Handle initial responses to customer complaints and propose corrective actions. - Collect and analyze quality data and prepare reports. - Promote Lean, 5S, and KAIZEN activities within the department. - Perform inspections and manage quality data using measurement tools. - Support the implementation of ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements. ◆QA Supervisor/Coordinator Manage and oversee quality inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with standards. - Handle initial responses to daily quality issues and report to upper management. - Collect quality data and propose improvements when necessary. Maintain and enhance 5S practices at the workplace and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct hands-on inspections and record data using measuring tools. - Utilize QC 7 Tools for quality control and inspection processes. Ensure compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards.
Salary Range :	26,000-60,000
