| Job Description : |
These position will have to handle with operators and cooperate with other section in order to carry on the production plan to success.
1. Control daily attendant and manpower plan
2. In charge of Safety in the area, monitor and improve Safety in working environment
3. Manage 3S in Genba in order to maintain effectiveness and Safety
4. Update internal quality concerned document and enforce the usage of those rules in quality concerned document in order maintain the quality
5. HRD for Production Section
6. Improve efficiency
7. Manage NG and recurrence preventive action effectively
8. Follow up and recheck operators work result according to rules and requirement of quality and safety
9. Control production result : output to be on plan and target
10. Recheck/Inspect operation process done by operators
11. Increase productivity\'s by searching for new methods and aim to fasten the cycle time or less resources (KAIZEN, LEAN) |
