Job Description :	- Planning, Controlling and implementation of all customer service activities. - Handle the day-to-day Operations both import&export operation, including D/O Exchange functions. - Book vessel space, Submit SI, VGM on carrier's system. - Arrange, Checking HB/L-MB/L both import or export, INV+PL & related document regarding shipment. - Fulflment of customer order in timely manner. - Communicating with oversea agents, or sales and procurement section regarding shipment. - Manage all communication with customer, shipping liner, transpotation company and related parties. - To follow up expense from supplier and issuing billing to customer. - To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary Range :	20,000-35,000
