Job Description :	1. Following internal and external regulations regarding procurement 2. Smoothly reduce the cost of power too products by launching and procuring power tool parts at the lowest cost and in shortest time possible 3. Manage team (20 persons) in order to achieve department goals by deadline 4. Manage /support the progress of staff work 5. Create/ improve the quotation launch process 6. Coordinate with suppliers both domestic and overseas 7. Work with related departments to address quotation and procurement start-up issues 8. Manage a series of procurement projects including cost roll-up of new productions, procurement start-up, Changeover procedures and project closure 9. Manage and negotiate suppliers, costs and all related points 10. Contribute to company by initiating and achieving priority goals Special Skills - Japanese Business Level or N2 up (must) - Expert in procurement and purchasing for plastic mold/ aluminium die cast/ sheet metal/ machining parts - FTA and Incoterms - Excels, Power point and new IT tools
Salary Range :	60,000-80,000
