| Job Description : |
1 Record and verify A/P invoices related to inventory purchases from domestic and international suppliers,
including shipping expenses.
2 Review PO, GRN, and supplier invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
3 Allocate and record landed costs (freight, insurance, customs duties, etc.) for imported products.
4 Monitor estimated landed cost variances, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
5 Maintain and update product cost data in the accounting system.
6 Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure cost accuracy (Sales office and Factory
7 Prepare and analyze various reports: cost reports, inventory movement, inventory aging, stock-on-hand, and GP reports.
8 Conduct cost simulation and profitability analysis for strategic planning
9 Handle month-end/year-end closing for inventory and cost accounting, including reconciliations and stock counts.
10 Prepare reserve for stock obsolescence, damaged stock, and valuation adjustments.
11 Control and analyze project costs as assigned
12 Support external audit activities and recommend cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
13 Balance sheet reconcile release inventory code
14 Intercompany prepare and submit to intercompany group
15 Control Jounal voucher
16 Other assigned job |
