Job Description : - Support customer with respect to technical side both pre-sales and after sales. - Support company network system. - Support after sales hardware repair and pre sales product modification - Have to have good skill to communicate with foreign customer in English. - Have well know ledge about computer and peripherals, especially Printers. - Have some experience in Point of Sale Systems - Have a good understanding of IT so you can quickly learn about new IT packages and techniques . - Preferable have some knowledge regarding programming in Visual Basic, Visual C, C++, Java,and HTML5 - Preferable have some knowledge regarding Android, iOS, Blackberry, Windows Linux and Mac OS X - Some skill for maintenance malfunction of products - Good programming or have experience about POS printer or POS System will be an advantage
